Due to the nature of charitable donations, all contributions made to our organization are generally non-refundable. Donations are immediately allocated towards our ongoing social initiatives, relief funds, and community welfare programs.

If an error occurs during your transaction (such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount entered), please contact our support team within 7 business days of the transaction date with proof of payment. Valid claims will be reviewed and refunded promptly.

Fees or contributions made for fundraising events, workshops, or galas are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled by the organization, participants may request a full refund or choose to convert their registration fee into a tax-deductible donation.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to reflect in your account.
