We did not have the smoothest experience with Alinga creating our new website. We went with Alinga because they had good reviews and Adrian from Alinga said using him was like the difference of a Porsche to Holden!. The price was a lot higher than other quotes we had. There was no initial planning or road map or details collected of what we actually wanted which led to a lot of confusion and disappointment. The team are based overseas and could not seem to produce some simple requests. We ended up basically finishing the website ourselves and are still finding lots of spelling mistakes and double up of products which is a headache when trying to reconcile from shopify to a2x and then xero.
