I've wanted to blog about my voluntary work in local politics for a long time. But finding someone who would implement my ideas the way I envisioned them proved difficult. After the first conversation with Mr. Avak, everything suddenly happened very quickly. He and his team conveyed “what works” and “what doesn’t work” in an easy-to-understand and understandable way, even for a blog novice like me. And now blogging is just fun ;-)) Thank you very much!

Professionalism - yet very approachable; Seriousness - yet very humorous; Inventive without being cheesy; 'Results that get to the core of the issue' is a synonym that exactly describes working with a&o. We feel very well looked after, taken seriously and understood. We have been in an ongoing process at a&o for some time and the passion and dedication for this work can be experienced both in the results and in the (telephone) conversations and in the team! It's just fun to present a concern and see how the puzzle is pieced together little by little. Your own ideas are always welcome and taken into account.
