Not a very positive experience except obviously in the initial moments where everything seemed so simple and feasible... Basic planning in line with the drafts, an entire book fully illustrated and detailed, but very long waiting times, well beyond what was established (never objected by me, as long as it came out well it was worth the wait...) until the much desired beta version which instead had numerous bugs that completely prevented its correct use. I no longer had the opportunity to collaborate effectively upon the request for correction. The program remained like this... it almost seemed that I wanted to request additions to what was initially agreed upon in the drafts (but which had not been faithfully quoted in the contract, but under technical names of their exclusive interpretation). Moreover, the app was also deleted from their server (reactivated free of charge for a period but without further feedback...) so much so that today the software doesn't work, I can't access it and the mountain of money that was paid was literally thrown to the wind. After numerous reminders (prayers I would say...) I finally receive a quote with work starting in 5 months with another cost to bear, the last gesture that has definitively made me lose the desire to continue fighting. I also tried to ask external technicians for support, but the programming language was quite obsolete and difficult to interpret. Final results? Nobody. As if I hadn't done anything. I probably made a mistake in paying for everything while work was in progress, I should have waited for it to be completed.
