I’ve been trying to get set up on their new software Horizon but they’re not responsive. Had the initial consultation and Oliver did not respond to our emails. He then left the company and the new person Harry has not been responsive at all. Tried following up after agreeing to join the program and he has not been responding back to us. We just want to use the new software but no one has been responsive.

Keyrsten is always amazing, anytime I need help she is quick to respond and follow up. She has great customer service, and I feel like I'm talking to a friend, not just a customer service rep.
