Excellent service from ComX Design- very happy with my website. Initially I was a bit sceptical about the low cost but figured I could go somewhere else if it didn't work out and not have lost too much money. I was being quoted $3,000 - $5,000 by other designers and I can't imagine that they would have produced anything better. The speed of production was faster and the level of service from ComX Design was excellent.

DO NOT ever choose COMX if you want a quick and stress free solution for your website needs. They are highly unprofessional and incompetent. I had the worst ever experience. Only the sales pitch was good which is why I chose them. Everything went downhill from the moment I paid the deposit. I had to constantly follow up for everything and then finally when I received the first demo link to the first page not a single part of it was as per our discussions in fact even the basic template was not the one I had chosen. THREE times I went back forth providing guidelines on what I wanted in terms of lay out, information, pictures and the correct template. Not only was none of the corrections incorporated the template was still the wrong one till the end. And throughout it was me who was following up. The worst bit is I feel I was lied to and given excuses for the poor work quality and customer service. After requesting for a refund a few times, I initially got promised that I would receive it in a couple of days, that "a ticket had been raised already with the accounts department and approved". That was two weeks ago. Haven't even received any written communication on the same yet. My contact person doesn't answer or return my calls, and after a few failed calls and texts he responded saying he is talking to the manager about the refund. I don't know what to expect anymore but I thought people out there should know how this company operates. I felt responsible to share my experience. Learn from it and chose a different service provider.
