Tom is very easy to get on with. He listens to your wants and needs, responds with an honest Yes or No, (someone said in an earlier review - he's a can or can't guy). If it's a No, and he can't, he knows who can and so you'll get the Yes, shortly after the No! He's tidied up our very old and very in need of an update website, introduced us to his colleague for continued support, which contributes to Tom's own SEO skills.
