Pay is not competitive but the people and culture is good. The compensation structure needs a lot of amendments as salary increases are almost rare here
I love the people that work here. Work is work, whatever, it is what it is. The true gem in the Crititcal Mass walls is the people. I've never felt more comfortable around a group of people and feel encouraged, inspired and motivated to do great things. I dont think this current role is for me, but I'm looking for postions else where within Critical Mass as I would love to move up in the company, which there are countless stories and examples of happening.
Great place to learn and develop your skills for young professionals after college. However, sometimes there is a lack of direction and tasks may be unclear. Great people however if you're not the most social individual it may not be perceived well.
