Nick and his team were wonderful to work with. When I first called around I left messages with several companies. Nick was the first and one of the only to call me back. Within a day he had a proposal delivered. He and his team met personally with us several times at our requested location to make sure they understood our vision and carried it through. Working with Design Thumbprint, and specifically Kal and Nick, was the worst vendor experience I've ever had in my career. After more than one year of them developing our website and trying to get it to work, the website they built still does not function properly. We still encounter issues on a daily basis. It was a tough task to find another web design company that would step into their mess and fix it for us, but we were able to find a great, competent company and it's been a total 180 from working with Design Thumbprint. Here's just one quote from the new web design company about Design Thumbprint's work: "During the search for the issue, it was discovered that the developers who worked before us grossly disturbed the concepts of development. Honestly, this is simply unacceptable. Even trainees do not do this ... " Our employees experienced hours of frustration, our customers experienced hours of frustration, and now we're spending a lot of money and even more time fixing Design Thumbprint's shoddy work.
