I am a freelance web designer based in Limerick with over 18 years web design experience.I attended Limerick RTC (Technological University of the Shannon) where I studied Computer Programming. After graduation, I moved to London where I continued to develop my programming skills. After two years in London, I was offered a job in Dublin with Philips Electronics who required an in-house RPG programmer.
With over 18 years of experience in web design, services in Killarney Design locker work as a
freelance professional based in Limerick. My journey began at Limerick RTC (now
Technological University of the Shannon), where I pursued Computer Programming.
Upon graduation, I relocated to London, where I honed my programming skills
further. Subsequently, I transitioned to Dublin to join Philips Electronics as
an in-house RPG programmer.

Noel is fantastic to work with, he is very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I was initially looking for a web designer he surpassed the others when we made contact. Everything was explained and there was no pressure at all to choose him. Noel dealt with every query and had great ideas. Noel is very experienced and has the patience of a saint. Noel is brilliant, he just completed a website for me. He made everything so easy to understand. The most I liked was his patience when it came to the 2 billion questions I had every day.
