My experience with Everbold Digital Marketing was mostly very positive; their design work was excellent and aligned with my brand’s general image, the team did their research before working on the marketing material, and retained good communication and a positive attitude throughout the process. However, while the designs were visually appealing, they didn't quite translate into the desired traction and engagement I’d hoped for (that could partially be due to the nature of the business and the market value of menstrual cups in Ireland). As a result, the return on investment fell short of my expectations, making it a costly endeavor for my business. However, I could retain their materials for future use, and have received a lot of good consultation and tips about further steps with my business, which made it overall a worthwhile investment - sometimes even a negative feedback is a good one; if you don’t test the waters, you’ll never know what works, and what doesn’t.
