It was a good experience for sure but you guys need to work a lot on your management and in your policies You guys having company like hiring and firing. You don't know and understand that how much pressure and school like behaviour you guys giving. Please look after at your policies. These people do like mocks and screening to clear DR AND DA. You guys treating people like in a college not in a office. Please stop this scam. If you don't value your employees then don't value yours. And I am greatful to get out from your school behaviour.
Healthy office culture. Good work-life balance. Appraisals are delayed. Less employee benefits or perks. Location is near to metro station sec-16, Noida. Seniors are helpful and encouraging. Scribe Process provides good growth opportunities for freshers. Overall a nice place.
