A good team to work with. They are precise with their approach. If they can complete the project, they take it otherwise they simply say no. Having said that I had a requirement for an app development project, but they said they can't but I took a chance instead and gave a simple website to work with just because of their honesty. Your reporting manager here will be completely blank and non technical so he never know which direction project is moving which often leads to escalations from client side. In actual, this company is losing projects due to high escalations only due to poor managers here.
