While Belo + Company's graphic design team worked well, the overall site was nonfunctional, which prevented the brand from marketing itself effectively. High team overturns and communication issues tarnished the relationship.
Belo's work has resulted in very positive feedback from the public and important community stakeholders. Engagement has increased and overall advocacy efforts are much stronger. There were some unexpected turnovers on their team, but this did not impact their dedication to the project.
The client has already seen an increase in social media engagement and is hopeful that this will lead to an increase in sales and new leads over time. Overall, the collaboration has been highly successful. The team at Belo is creative, thoughtful, and has managed any resource transition seamlessly.
