3 months ago Worked here for 3 years. I had a good team with ex team manager Shoeb Ahmed and Digital Marketing. Got the job during peak covid and Shail Sinhasane was one of the best mentors. Had to bid adieu because the management and I didn’t agree with the work culture and my competency did not match as there is no KRA or KPAs in place. Thanks to my team, which is no longer in effect, for making Mobisoft a better place for the 3 years I have worked here.
