Gianni is a great coach with precise explanations and exercises adapted for all levels. There are 3-8 of us during each session, often outside, so it’s a friendly as well as sporty experience.

I joined Movement Paris almost 3 years ago. The practice of movement has given me a lot, particularly in flexibility and strength, but also mentally in the perpetual learning of new movements and choreographies. In addition, Gianni is an exceptional coach: he is attentive and concerned about the quality of his teaching whether you are a high-level athlete or a real beginner. We practice the movement outdoors if possible or in a gym or dojo. I had practiced a lot in the gym with group classes and I saw the difference in terms of personalization of programs and adapted advice.
