I have been using Multimedia Graphics for years for printing services They always go above and beyond to get the job done. Relationship focused which is why I still do business with them. Give them a call and I bet you will be happy.
Rich DelCastillo is an excellent graphic designer and fun to work with. He has terrific ideas and gets the work done quickly. You will be very, very pleased with Multimedia Graphics. The brochures, flyers and posters he does for my business are the best I'ver ever had.
We had ordered 500 business cards from this place 5 years ago (2014) and they did a fantastic job but when we reordered the cards we were super super dissapointed. We were in contact with Rich Delcastillo and had emailed each other back and fourth. I gave him a pdf of the file he had emailed us back in 2014 and all he did was submitted the pdf's that I sent him onto the business cards. When the business cards arrived in the mail, I saw that they were super blurry. It looked like he hadn't done anything to retouch the photos or nothing. Even the phone numbers were hard to read. The paper quality also was poor because it was super flimsy compared to what we had previously ordered. Now we contacted Rich and he had said that he sent us proofs and we agreed to the proofs but I went over my emails very thoroughly and there was no proofs sent. I emailed him about reordering with the previous pdf, he emailed back saying that it will cost this much and wouldn't proceed further without any payment, I then paid and he sent me a tracking number. I'm more upset at this company because when I called Rich he accused me of accepting the proofs when he had never sent it. He told me that he wouldn't be able to reprint my cards unless I paid the $50 shipping charge. I mean, why would I agree to pay more for a mistake Multimedia Graphics did? I've attempted calling him many times but he has not been picking up my phone calls because he knows who I am and doesn't want to deal with it. This is very bad customer service. I will never go back to them ever again. I do not recommend them.
