Ken was extremely attentive to every detail and resolved many odd issues I had. He created a framework in which I could do a bit of DIY (I'm picky about design being an architect. I would recommend him to anyone unequivocally. Prompt, and always pleasant, even curious - the whole experience was a joy.
I had X10 come in and helps us with a number of things ranging from acquiring google grants avaible to non profs, to email campaigns, to UX on our website. Everything was done with execellence AND ON TIME.... They even created tutorial videos on a lot of the work being done so that we could train staff on upkeep.
