worst ever on line shopping i had seen .if i can give negetive points , i will do that only . I had ordered a phone 2 weeks back , they are telling 3 to 5 days , then again 2 more days , again tomarw , tomarw, today evening , tomarw morning ...etc ...when we are calling , they are telling no need to call everyday , once it comes, will tell you , how long we will wait ...very bad experience ...dodnt go with them...

I don't recommend this website at all. The product delivered is not as per the advertised on their website. The delivery was completed in my absence otherwise I will never receive the sub standard product. The size is too small and the quality is too bad of the egg sitter cushion. Local Oman contact number is never answered. Whatsapp number is not responsive and no calls are answered. I had to call UAE and the asked to raise a complaint. I wanted the cushion for comfort and I am now in a loop of customer care and complaint and wasting time and energy.

I ordered the product online. Although the order was confirmed and it was supposed to be delivered in three days, it was still not delivered after more than 2 weeks. I tracked the order through support. But they never gave me a suitable and acceptable answer. The support team of this store is very irresponsible and does not value the customer. In addition to the fact that I will never buy from this store again, I also advise everyone not to buy from them because they are wasting your time and respect.
