Disappointing experience. Took a month and me having to chase her to get progress update on new website. Did not hear a single word from her during that month, no questions, no checking anything or asking for anything else. When we finally got the preview there was no new design, no new concepts or anything different other than some images and text moved into different positions or removed. We also didn't receive any advice on copy and content and my initial questions regarding this seemed to be ignored. We decided to not go ahead with further editing and work on the site as we lost complete faith. If that was the best that a whole month could achieve, when the preview should be your best work, then we knew we would end up settling for a subpar new website and having to fork over the rest of the money too. She was also not willing to negotiate with refunding any of the deposit (half of the quote) even though we didn't receive any contract or terms and conditions and she did not deliver as quoted or promised "For websites a little bit different and a whole lot fresh".
