For more than two years I have been selling auto parts throughout Belarus. I realized that it was time to develop and decided to create an online store. For 3 months I participated in a project from iMedia Solutions and studied at the iMedia Academy in the direction of website development on Bitrix. To be honest, initially I didn’t expect anything at all, since I took the direction to Bitrix almost by chance. But when I started training, I realized that everything was serious. The beginning of the training was cheerful and difficult, but the further I got closer to the specialty of a developer according to the tests, the easier it became for me. The webinar helped and a little structured the knowledge that was received. QA sessions with the team lead were very helpful. I probably got 85% of the useful information from there. Sergey is well versed in the topic and seems to know the answers to all the questions! Motivated me with my knowledge unrealistically. All the tasks aroused interest and then almost all of them were difficult to cope with. But only for the first time. Then with experience everything became easier. The internship showed me personally the importance of working with time management, git and clean code. I can no longer look at how I wrote 3 months ago, thank you for that. Deadlines are still a problem, but things are getting better! During the internship, I had to deal with a HUGE number of errors (with my ability to find them, apparently I had to become a tester), which greatly affected my motivation. In matters of motivation to continue studying, I would like to specifically mention the work of the HR manager and mentor in the person of Lera! She was amazingly able to find an approach to me (I think not only to me) and constantly helped me not to lose heart. Lera helped, asked for opinions, listened and gave advice on work throughout the entire training. When there were problems, she always tried to find a solution and only scolded her for not writing to her about them earlier. She was always in touch and responded with alarming speed! I hope she has time to rest. One can only learn from her dedication to work. At a critical moment when I was completely behind on deadlines, and basically burnt out, she wrote very necessary and useful words that helped me put myself in order and rewrite the first project practically from scratch in 3 days (!). Restored my faith in HR in short. 150% satisfied with the work! Very grateful for her support. Another great specialist whose work I will remember forever!

The internship at iMedia Solutions as a Bitrix developer met my expectations. The goals that I set for myself were achieved. I liked the approach to training and development: a lot of information had already been collected in the form of courses that needed to be completed. This allowed us not to waste time searching for information on the Internet. Frequent QA: the opportunity to communicate directly with the team lead and ask questions. The Q&A made me happy; Sergey answered all questions in a clear and accessible manner with patience and understanding. Everything was clear and to the point. Informativeness of the lectures: most of the developers who gave the lectures tried to present their topic in the most informative and understandable way. Loyalty to deadlines: the deadline was postponed several times if we did not manage to do something. All main topics were covered in the lectures. The only thing is that I would like to see more real examples, and it would also be possible to analyze our projects in lectures and show how the problems could be solved) Many thanks to HRka Lera for the excellent job done. Thanks to her, the path we traveled was much easier. She was always in touch (even outside of working hours) and tried to answer us as quickly as possible.
