This isn't a review about web design but ethics. Through an accounting error, we significantly undercharged Cy and he phoned up and corrected it (after the fact when we probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise). Anyone with this integrity is someone you want to do business with - highly recommend.

Cy (The boss) was responsive (excuse the pun), friendly, helpful, proactive, interested in my needs, wanted to add value, "got" my suggestions, and was always available, probably when, at times, he wasn't. :-) Cy provided clear, easy-to-understand information and in a very timely fashion, too.
