Our company began in 2001 as Rocket Science Design when our CEO, Reuben Brunson, hung a shingle and forged a path as a sole proprietor and graphic designer.
Our company began in 2001 as Rocket Science Design when our CEO, Reuben Brunson, hung a shingle and forged a path as a sole proprietor and graphic designer. Reuben has always been interested in that thing called the internet. Reuben teamed up with Andy McFarland and they started building and designing websites, primarily utilizing Wordpress. In 2007, Reuben, Andy, and the rest of the Rocket Science Design team launched the RocketFuel CMS. Over time, our very own content management system ate the entity formerly known as Rocket Science Design and we officially became known as RocketFuel. As RocketFuel grew, so did the size of our projects and the nature of the services that we offered. Our clients needed more from us than just web design and development and we endeavored to become a full-service agency, with an interactive and geeky focus, returning to our roots of print design, marketing, advertising, strategy, social media management, and content writing.

RocketFuel has been our go-to partner for all web needs since 2007. Since that time, they have seen us through changes in branding, corporate strategy, target audiences, messaging, product launches, expansion beyond the US, and the development of 3 websites. The online world constantly changes: website design trends, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, mobile devices, web content management, responsive website design, etc. and we trust RocketFuel to provide expertise in all things digital and web. Whether building a fairly straightforward website or doing creative custom web development, we have been very pleased with the service they provide. They are easy to reach and quick to respond. On top of providing great customer service, they are fun people to work with and make web projects much easier.
RocketFuel was a joy to work with through our transition to a new website. We had the opportunity to meet numerous times in person to discuss our needs and were involved with every step of the process. As a non-profit organization they truly listened and understood what we were trying to acheive and have gone the extra mile by partnering with us on numerous other events and being a true advocate for us!
I just finished a full website redesign with RocketFuel. They were great to work with. They were very receptive in the initial design phase, and really wanted to ensure that our site was customized to us. They kept us updated throughout the process and we had regular meetings to review where the design was at and to get our feedback. Once the site was ready for content loading, they were extremely helpful in nailing down all of the last minute features that we wanted. I work with software developers on a daily basis, and when I ask for something to be fixed or modified, I almost always get an answer of "well that's just how it works". Not with RocketFuel. I can't remember hearing that once throughout the entire process, and I asked for a lot! Maria was my point of contact for the design process and Patrick for sales - both were awesome to work with.
