Our founders, Mel and James, started Social Firefly because they didn’t really buy in to the whole off-the-shelf-social-media-packages kind of vibe.They prefer to work with fewer clients so they can spend more time providing a bespoke service that properly aligns with what needs to be achieved.People seemed to prefer their way of doing things and the rest was history.

Social Firefly, particularly James Armstrong has been fantastic throughout the time we've been working together. James is always quick to respond to emails and is a brilliant trainer and his guidance has been extremely helpful. James has a lovely nature and really knows his stuff about Facebook Ads. I highly recommend him.
