Modus Property employs three full time staff members through a staff leasing agreement with Supporting Enterprises. The staff assist our Perth office with many of our administrative and scheduling tasks. There is an obvious benefit of significant savings in wages, the staff are very competent and there is not much that they can’t do which could have been done at our location in Perth. Supporting Enterprises provide a very valuable service because they take care of the whole process. The recruitment process was super easy and they provided several excellent candidates who suited the brief. They have strong IT and technical resources and are very available when we need assistance. Utilising Supporting Enterprises allows us to employ competent staff who are full time dedicated to our needs, at a fraction of the cost. We are provided with ongoing support…and most of all they make it very easy.

I think the work environment is one of the most important factor as an employee. The staff are very friendly and professional. Kind and funny colleagues are a bonus, too! It's such a great pleasure to be part of the company. :)

Very healthy environment! Ferris, Joy and Christie are friendly, accommodating and always smiling. When you enter the office, they will surely greet you with a big smile. I always feel comfortable coming here because the managers, Kara and Nikki, are approachable. Oh, and even the CEO too!
