If it was possible to drop below one star I would. They delivered a website just copied across from the last one with a lot of issues and errors. Stuffed up the the basic add ons which cost us a lot of money then charged us more to fix the errors they made and would not give us a cent of a refund. Please do not use this company

Wouldn't recommend, after we paid 10k they still wouldn't let me put hard copy on my computer now copy 75 per month to host and we not even being used

I was going from a business that had a very good website to a new business that didn’t have a website at all and needed to start from scratch. Personally, I didn’t have the technical knowledge of computers or marketing that was required. I was in a situation where without your help I would have been buggered. I have been aware for a long time that there are a lot of monkeys out there who claim to do what you do and don’t perform well. Our previous history of using Kaiser Creative Studio briefly on my old site gave me the confidence to let them do the new site. Although I did have cheaper offers, I have been down the road before where the cheapest offer isn’t necessarily the best. I had to get it right the first time.
