The Media Captain is a full-service marketing and web design agency in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. Since starting in 2010, our team has helped hundreds of businesses grow through web design and marketing services like SEO, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, and Social Media.
The Media Captain is a family-owned and operated business. Sibling co-founders Jason and Stefanie Parks started the agency out of their apartments. Quickly, brands like SafeAuto, McGraw-Hill, Amedisys, and Schottenstein Real Estate boarded our ship, which enabled us to move into our first office on Courtland Avenue. These brands quickly realized how we communicate, the care we put into each account, and our digital knowledge. The results couldn’t be matched.We know how business owners and marketing managers think because we’ve been in their shoes. We train our team members to share this same mentality. We work with the The Media Captain for our marketing and, recently, in the development of a new website and could not be more pleased with the work they do. Stefanie and her team have done a great job leading a very quick turn around on a great new website for our upcoming Spring season. They were great at leading and focusing the project while taking our input and building a partnership in the process. Sara and the marketing team is also doing a great job in our online search optimization and ads while educating us and keeping us informed on their progress.
