Max and his team of developers and designers are very crisp at planning and execution. He divides up requests into mini projects and has good project management skills. Responsiveness is awesome, and the agency's use of video recording tools like Loom, project management with Monday, and email confirmations makes for fast feedback loops. Max and his team did a great job. We had a v1 site already live on Webflow and I wanted to give it a facelift and move it to Wordpress. Max was organized, communicative, and collaborative. The site looks much better now and is easier to manage. -- Process -- Keyword: organized. Max's intake form got all the information he would need ahead of time to streamline the whole process and minimize back-and-forth emails. I liked the Loom videos he sent throughout to give quick walkthroughs of progress. The revision rounds were clearly presented in a Google Doc so we could request and follow bug fixes or updates. -- Communication -- I felt in the loop and that I was a priority. Great customer service and thorough on making sure the site was totally responsive (Max does a ton of testing on all major devices). Before we had finished the project, I was so pleased with Max's work ethic and delivery that I referred a friend who hired him too. Max cares about his clients and giving the extra mile. I'd hire him to do another Wordpress site, no question.
