I also have access to the UP app which means I can track my nutrition goals, training performance, progress and can chat directly with Ryan. Since training with Ryan, not only have I lost weight, I have built muscle, I feel stronger and I am the healthiest I have ever been. In the past I have dreaded going to a gym but training with Ryan has been fantastic. Ryan provides great instruction, feedback and pushes me to achieve results I never thought possible. I have thoroughly enjoyed my training sessions so much (except for the assault bike!) that I have decided to continue my sessions for the foreseeable future. I will forever be grateful to Ryan and all the team for helping me achieve what I thought was unachievable.
I’ve enjoyed every minute, no matter how much sweat, tear or laughter, I’ve learned so much along the way, and it’s the best self investment one can make. My trainer was Louis and I’m happy that I was able to continue being myself around him and I fully appreciate his dedication to making sure I do the movements right and really make progress
