Was previously a client who had hired Verz Design for creating my website. Honest opinion and experience, they had made a lot of promises, but had failed to deliver. Site ended up very broken and unusable. Not only had they failed to deliver what had been agreed upon, requesting for fixes and technical support proven difficult. Turnover rate was sloppy and slow. I feel that I have wasted a good amount of money and time. It was frustrating that I needed to take things into my own hands and create and maintain my own commerce site myself. The Magenta systems that they used is so slow and outdated too. Their representatives were also very difficult to reach out to and talk to regarding the matters, and were very rude to my technical staffs who were trying to sort things out for our end.
