I have dealth with VND for over 15 years now and they have always done an excellent job in communicating with me, creating or revising whatever need and always in a timely manner. I have talked and dealt with other website companies and this company is second to none. We starting using VND back when they were just getting started and they have continued if not iimproved every aspect of their customer relations knowledge and honest, forthright way of doing business. I was initially happy to switch, but after working with VND for a year, I am retracting my statement. Spent way too much money on SEO optimization, and was given a plan that wasn't fully completed. When asked I about it, I was given the run around and a bunch of excuses and was never refunded monetarily or through the actual services I was said to receive. Just switched hosting and website development to another company, and in the 3 months that I have been working with them, they have already exceeded my expectations.

To be honest, we have ventured out to different companies over the years that are geographically closer to us. But we always come back to VND.
