Working with 12 points has been absolutely amazing! Anytime that you switch companies you always have a little worry on how it will all turn out! With 12 points I knew right away we were in GREAT hands. If anything this company goes out of their way to make our lives easier! If you are in need of an IT company, I would definitely give them a call! 10/10!!
We recently started working with the team at 12 Points and are very happy with our decision! During our busy tax season (the busiest we've had), we could always count on 12 Points to be there anytime we needed them. We can't afford downtime and I'm happy to say that we didn't have ANY downtime the entire season! Kudos!
We have been working with 12 points for about 2 years after having issues with our previous MSP provider. Tony/Eric and the rest of the team have been great to work with. Very glad to be with a customer first company. To anyone thinking about switching, I highly recommend their services.
