To date, the experience we've had over the last 2+ years working with AC has been great. It took a little while to get everything set up, and we're continuing to work with them on analyzing and refining our efforts, but we couldn't be happier. Since their AdWord skills helped us advance our efforts so well, we also engaged them to redesign our website and the finished product is top-notch. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to hone their online presence without spending tens of thousands in staff or development costs.
The online Active Conversion tool is fantastic, gives you so much insight into what visitors are doing on your website and increases lead generation by leaps and bounds. But more than anything I value the Active Conversion team - their support is absolutely fantastic. Lots of other companies have marketing automation tools but they don't have a company with staff that are so willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything works well for you. They have given us the best support I have truly ever seen. I've recommended them to others and I will continue to do so.
