We were looking for a reputable lead inspector for our house that was in the process of getting of getting renovated. In our city, in order to get a license to be able to rent you need to have your house Inspected for lead. I asked a friend of mine for any recommendations for a good company that can come out quickly And was directed to AD lead inspection. He was able to give me a next day appointment and was able to send out the confirmation via text- Which is super convenient because I have so much going on and trying to remember appointments is definitely a task. He came out, was super friendly, did his inspections, informed me of the process and that upon passing he would upload to the city. I was able to pay for the inspection online from the link he provided, and awaited further information. The next day, we were informed that we had passed and that everything was uploaded into the City’s portal. My husband was able to obtain his license and was told that it was surprising to have a company go above and beyond with uploading to the city. We will definitely use his services again!!!
