Eirini was more than helpful to me and I felt she really went out of her way to help me. She rang me at 2 pm straight away to sort my issue and talked me through the process in a very easy way. I than forgot to ask her a question and I was able to reach her again within 5 minutes. All the time we talked she was very professional.''
