I came to discuss paying the remaining amount on my apartment, but the service staff, was not professional at all, and she was saying your property is with legal, and we will win the case bla bla… when i asked for the legal department, shes said we dont have legal department!!!! , i contacted the helpdesk and its the same issue we dont have a legal , …. Tell me your issue and someone will call you ….
Please please do not deal with this company. Please do not do my mistake. Whatever the reason you are dealing with this company just do not. Poor management, very late handover... and so many things. There are a lot of valuable developers you can deal with in sharjah but please not this developer
Zero communication. It takes them months to respond to a simple email and finally the respond is “we received you inquiry” another year and they will get back to you hopefully..
