This is a Software Developer company. They offer a good salary. A good place to work.
Good for those who are starting their job career but for experienced developers and software QAs, it is so-so. The salary package is not competetive compared to other software companies for experienced professionals. They promote work-life balance but still most project managers doesn't care about it as long as they can achieve their "internal schedule". The tenured project managers (those who have been around a decade) knows how to play with the numbers and they can manipulate you not to get your overtime paid because they have set a daily target for productivity which is under estimate most of the time. On a lighter note, they offer opportunities to travel to other countries if you are a project leader or if you have JLPT certification.
