Nice, frendly, and proffessinal. They found me some work in less then 24 hrs. Got me back up on my bills real quick. MONEY FOOL!!! Just go in, be professional , and humble. If you go in and act like they need to give you a job cuz thare a temp service, they are not going to put you out. These people will not send you out if you have a bad attitude, or chip on your shoulder. Don't forget that speaking a different language is cosidered a skill , and the more skills you have, the better the odds are you'll get set out on a job. Spanish just happens to be the second language hear in America. When you are in California "formerly part of Mexico" you run into some customers that speak only spanish, and communication on a job site is key. Don't take reviews from people who only put one review out to hurt someone to heart. I expected less, but walk away with more then I expected.

Since I applied here at ALP they've done a grate job finding me long term work and keeping me busy, I'm very grateful for all of there help! Especially Roxanna, she is very sweet ladie, always professional and constantly communicating and looking for feedback of the job, a grate group of ladies all around!

I've been working at American Labor Pool ever since the pandemic started. They have always provided me with both long term jobs, and short term jobs that accommodates with my schedule. Yanely and Laura are always there to assist me and answer all of my questions.
