Darryl is on if the best manager!!!!! Love the service in and definitely choose the Apollo management team 🥰 I got a amazing experience at 444 Bronson Avenue. Since I live here all my friends wanna live here. Is right next to the park. Such a cool thing. And the windows, internet, big mirrors, ac are fantastic!!!! Looking forward for the rooftop :D . Don’t wanna move, Letssssgooo !!!!

During my time living at Apollo’s 144 Renfrew property, I had a comfortable, stress-free, and very positive living experience. The property manager, Darryl, was incredibly helpful and made the entire leasing experience hassle-free. The building was extremely well maintained with all new state-of-the-art modern appliances. I would strongly recommend renting with an Apollo property, especially if the manager is Darryl.

I started renting with Apollo in February. Upon move in, we have had a never ending list of issues....HOWEVER, these issues would only be known to someone who has lived here. Unfortunately the previous tenants did not care for the home as they should have. My property manager is Sarah. Whenever I have anything to add to my growing list, she is quick to address. Not everything can be addressed overnight, but Apollo is working on every issue one by one. Their maintenance crew are absolutely amazing. Their online portal is so convenient for communication and rent payments, etc. So to end this, yes I've had many issues, but I have no regrets renting from Apollo. They've been a pleasure to rent from so far and I plan on living in this house for many years to come. don't let the negative reviews sway you against Apollo.
