Fast pipes. Remote hands folks are knowledgeable.
I have to admit that at first I was surprised that it was so cheap, but since they don't require commitment I had nothing to lose. My surprise is that they have given me better SEO results (by far) than the agency I was with. Crazy, seriously. Highly recommended.
They changed their name from Cogeco Peer1. They over-billed us; literally added a $100 monthly fee out of thin air without even a notification. We canceled. They wanted another month and referenced terms to the agreement where they want a 30 day cancellation notification, the very same agreement they broke by charging a fee not agreed upon, on top of that they added a bogus $404 fee, and sent us to collections! Servers had security holes. They had Plesk running at version 12.X. SMTP port kept going down. High pressure sales tactics to get you to sign another agreement with them. Tech support asked for $150 "professional services" fee to update our IPTables. Imagine that, you cannot access your own server if your IP address changes unless you pay support $150/hr for professional services for them to update the IPTables rules of their MANAGED servers. Worst experience hosting in over 20 years of online businesses. Glad we documented everything for possible legal prosecution against them and RMS Collections. We notified oversight authorities as well.
