It’s been 3 weeks and I’m trying to get hold of someone to make an enquiry about one of their upcoming developments and there has been no response from anyone ! I tried to call and they get my number with the promise to call back but nothing ! Email - much the same . And today when I spoke to the receptionist I explained this to her and her response was ‘o well, I guess there’s nothing much I can do ‘. No it’s not a joke, that is what she said . I guess they aren’t really keen to sell, business must be doing well. I would be worried to buy off such a developer if this is how they treat potential customers. yikes

Made an enquiry via Domain requesting for price/size information for 2 and 3 bedders in their Aura development in North Sydney. I received a call from their CBRE representative, who is unable to speak English very well. I explained I am on the road and therefore unable to take notes and requested for these details to be sent via email. He responded that he is only able to send through a brochure and not price/size details as these can only be shared if I made an appointment and visited the display. As I already have the brochure and was just needing price/size information, I declined the offer for the brochure and have written off this development in my search. Sales representatives from other developments never placed such caveat on me and were happy to share these information and I will proceed with other developments.

Typical developer. Take over part of a neighbourhood like its a god given right, cause endless noise, road closures and other assorted inconvenience for said neighbourhood with no apology before or after the fact and leave behind a devlopment of questionable quality.
