Great company to work with. Nadia, Carolina and the whole team have been professional and prompt with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this company for any property management needs.
I met Nadia about a year ago. She was the listing agent for a home being rented in Jacksonville, FL. I kept in contact with her and she was very helpful in helping my brother in law relocate from West Palm FL to Jacksonville Fl and find them a rental property. Her work ethic speaks for itself. She’s very straight forward and tries her best to help out! My brother in law shared with me that when they moved in to the rental home the AC unit was not working, AC got fix within a day! Very happy with her turnaround. Her partner Carolina was also very helpful through this rental stage! When I am ready to buy my home, I will be coming back to Nadia knocking on her door.
Nadia & her team are just wonderful. Highly trustworthy, sincere, knowledgeable and experienced. She has a great vendor network too. Last year I wanted to sell the property after bitter experiences with the tenants. But she suggested retaining it since the neighborhood is getting better with new constructionsand the property value is appreciating. She took the trouble of sending me pictures and videos of the neighborhood! Living far away I could never know this. Now I am glad that I listened to her! Working with her company is especially a boon to me since I live overseas. I visited the property only once in the last 4 years because I trust that my property is in good hands!
