Great software for fiduciaries and businesses with a bunch of possibilities. Responsive team, I am very happy with it

Very efficient and modern software, nothing to add. However, there are always IT problems to resolve, the fairly high price increases each year by 10-20% (in 7 years it's double!) and the training is chargeable. We cannot advise our customers to choose the formula with invoicing because it is the triple market price. The most important thing is abusive invoicing and compulsory direct debit which do not go well together. 3 months, 5 emails and 3 calls to get a credit score, it's incredible! If I had known all this from the beginning, I would not have chosen Horus.

The accounting software is excellent, however I haven't used it for 1 year and their "Sales Manager" sends me an invoice to be regularized for 600 euros.. A subscription-based tool that continues to charge customers when they stop paying/using the tool? Never seen that!
