ARM’s mission is to manage in a manner that preserves and enhances the value of the property while maximizing cash flow. Larry Park is the owner, broker, of Austin Residential Management. Larry has been in Austin real estate since the 1990’s, working as a real estate agent for the Henry S. Miller Company. He started by helping investors buy income properties and eventually started managing those properties for his clients. Since that time he has managed 100’s of properties all over the greater Austin area.

I have had dealings with many property management companies. Larry is by far the most efficient, fair and honest manager I have ever worked with. He also acted as a leasing agent for me. Even months after a contract was signed and property leased, he promptly called me back when I had questions. I wish he was nationwide!
Larry Park has managed the property that I rent for 9 years! He is the most competent, skilled, kindest, sincere person I have ever had to deal with. He is always prompt to fix things. He shows up, is always friendly, vouches for me to the owner, and a is very caring person. And he loves cats and is always ready to love on mine. He even came out himself during this dangerous time to fix a leak under my sink! Now that's what I call service!!!!!! ARM is the best!!!!!!!!
