Avalon is an amazing management company. I 100% recommend business with them. They Having amazing staff in our active and serving the needs of their tenants . I’ve enjoyed my experience. Never worried about my rental property! Avalon was very responsive to both me and my tenants any time issues arose. Avalon always found great tenants who were well qualified and responsible. The house never sat vacant. Great property managers!!

UPDATE: APRIL 2024 - Just want to update my review to thank Lori for going above & beyond to help me this past week. My AC went out at my property. Lori scheduled a few companies, and pulled some strings to get the best solution, thus saving me $9,000+. THANK YOU LORI! ORIGINAL REVIEW: JULY 2023 - I've used Avalon to manage my rental property for over a year, and waited to give an accurate representation of my experience - I purchased my first home in Vegas, and never expected to leave until the pandemic threw a wrench into my plans, and I needed to leave the state for work. I was overwhelmed by the thought and process of finding a tenant for my home. I initially called a few other property managers & felt even more overwhelmed after talking to them. After finding Avalon on Google, I called and Bonnie came out the next day. She was kind and supportive, and walked me through the process. Her team made everything simple, and I have no complaints. They are responsive & I trust that they are handling everything while I am away. My house is small & they aren't charging much for their services. I appreciate that they still treat me well even though I'm not a real estate tycoon with infinite business for them. Thank you!
