They don't care or listen to their customers
My dental office and I have been working with Zag Creative Group for about two years now and our experience has been fantastic. We've had the pleasure of working with many different individuals within the team, and have been impressed with the creativity and enthusiasm shown by all of them. We have done multiple advertisement campaigns with them, and the concepts they come up with are extremely unique and exciting. We've been very satisfied with the work they've done for us and would recommend them to anybody.
I called Derrick the other day as my Surface Pro was acting up. I need my laptop for my business so of course i was pretty concerned! I called Derrick and he immediately took my laptop and advised that my battery was swollen! so a couple of days later, Derrick and his team had my data removed from my laptop as a safeguard, and it seemed to be just an overheat! So they did a great job and my laptop is working just fine! Thanks Derrick and i trust you with my devices 10fold!
