He is focused on the big picture business goals — not just coding new functionality for its own sake. He most naturally “thinks out of the box” to build solutions far quicker and easier than often the client had imagined. Prior to Blue Engine, Jon Mervis served as CTO and Managing Director for Mervis Diamond Importers. He spent 8 years building and managing CRM systems to take the company through a successful digital transformation. He saw first-hand the incredible power of a well planned and executed system to deliver sustainable sales growth.
