Our Large Format Laser with flying optic tables (48” x 96”) means material doesn’t move, so we can cut almost anything including fabric and paper thin rubber. Unlike many other laser cutters/engravers that run 50 to 100 watt machines with a bed size of 24″ x 48″ we have beds up to 50″ x 100″ and wattage of 500+ which make even large jobs a simple matter. Whether you need 1 small part or a commercial production run we can help you.

Charles & his team at Boulder Works were able to complete a job for us under a tight deadline right before a holiday weekend. It was an abnormal material with unique needs for programming. Boulder Works did the job within one day and helped us deliver to our end customer on time. I would highly recommend them for your laser cutting needs and I will be glad to bring them our repeat business in the future!
Charles was amazing to work with and patiently fielded so many questions I had on a large-scale laser cut piece (48” round). He had great suggestions to reduce the cost and the final invoice was even a little less than the original quote! He is a true master and clearly cares about and enjoys his business. The laser cut piece he produced was one part of a larger project; I’ll post pictures once the whole project is complete!
Working with Charles has been a very easy process, as we continue to find the optimal settings (depth of the laser cut, etc). I am definitely going to continue to work with him on future projects.
