I have been working with Cal West for the past two years and it has been a very good experience. Robert and his team are very nice, professional & easy to work with. They can handle the day to day management and the surprises that come up every now and then. I highly recommend checking them out.

We have been mostly happy with Cal West's management of our property over the many years we have had them as our property managers. They do a good job of taking care of the repair issues reported by our renters. Our main issue with Cal West is that we are not sure they preform periodic inspections of the property in order to ascertain anything that is in need of or will soon need maintenance.

Cal West has managed my 3-plex for around 6 years. They have been responsive to my needs and those of my tenants. I don't ask too much of them and I do some of the maintenance myself, but when I need it their maintenance vendors are reliable and skilled which assures me that my tenants will be well supported in all circumstances.
