Cascade is awesome!! My ‘retirement plan’ has exceeded my expectations! The ability to work when and where you want is perfect for my life. The biggest benefit is that you can work part time or full time throughout the year in order to meet the needs of your family.

Cascade has been fantastic to work for. I live in the middle of nowhere with not many options for employment. My spouse and I were falling on some hard times and I got the call saying to come in for an interview. Well, here we are and it’s been great ever since. I can choose how much I want to work and during the school semesters I work as much as I can handle. Everyone you talk to is extremely nice. If you don’t want to work that week, just saying you are not available until x date and that’s that. TLDR: Love working here. I pick the days I work - works well with college, great pay, nice people.
